Purpose of the Referral Line

The UTA referral line was created as a resource for individuals with disabilities, aging adults over the age of 60, and veterans who need temporary assistance with finding transportation solutions while going through the qualification process with various community organizations that can meet their needs long-term.

Hours of Operation

The referral line operates Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. When calling the referral line, leave your name and phone number and a representative will get back to you by the end of business the following day. Please note: if you call on a Saturday or Sunday, a representative will get back to you on Monday by the end of business.
